TROPICAL SELECTIONS

Tropical Selections offers it clients professionalism while still maintaining the personalization of a family run business.  Customers are known by names, not numbers.  We make sure that our clients are always up to date on the status of their pickup and delivery.  We strongly believe that communication between the clients, office and the drivers is crucial for a smooth business relationship for all involved.  All drivers carry cell phones at all times and can always be reached by our office.
    Tropical Selections currently has 18 Air Ride Reefer Trucks on the road ranging from 48’-53’.  Eight of those trucks are equipped with vertical decking which helps us assist in saving our customers money and insuring that their products arrive safely.  This vertical decking also eliminates the need for cardboard boxes resulting in additional savings for our clients.
    Keeping our customers  satisfied beyond their expectations has always been our #1 priority.  We pride ourselves in running like a finely tuned machine; clean, prompt, safe and efficient, but at the same time we can handle customers last minute needs and special requests.

    All of our drivers have all been hand selected by the company President, John Van Capelle himself. This is done in order to maintain the high caliber of service that John has bestowed in the company. It is imperative that Tropical Selections continues to display the integrity, reliability and dependability that our customers have come to expect.
